BSG PERSONNEL

RASHEEDA BUTLER

PRESIDENT

For its Founder and President, BSG is Rasheeda’s very personal definition. With a background in hospitality, administration and recruiting, her organizational and people skills were ideal for an almost 10-year club management career in Connecticut (The Stanwich Club) and Florida (Ironhorse Country Club and Bear Lakes Country Club). They were instrumental in her significant role in elevating the interactive mode of CMAA’s Florida Chapter. It is her particular ability to ‘wed’ the right student and the club that defines the source of success for The Butler Search Group.

ZEE ASGHAR, ESQ.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Zee Asghar is Director of Student Services for Butler Search Group. Zee joined BSG in January, 2012, to assist in maintaining relationships with all participants throughout the program. Between securing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing from University of Miami and earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Zee moved to Korea to teach English to local students. This allowed Zee to gain a further understanding of the exchange process to build off of his previous experiences. While in law school, Zee founded Global Student Housing. As Director of the program, Zee finds homestay accommodations for students throughout Florida, and acts as the point of contact between the students, the host families and the language schools or universities that the students are attending. These skills have made Zee ideally suited to be Director of Student Services for Butler Search Group. Participants in the exchange program are comfortable in dealing with Zee, as he is in their age group and has recent experience of being an exchange student.
